15-02-2010:Datastor Systems parent company Datastor Group Holdings Ltd have acquired shares and controlling interest of Electrical Engineering Company Acton Delta Ltd who have operated from their base in the West Midlands for some 19 years. The Group also owns Datastor Systems Ltd who provides process control software solutions and are based in Cheshire. The group can now offer Turnkey solutions covering the control system software, electrical design; MCC and PLC control panel manufacture and electrical Installation. Working together will not be a new venture as Datastor Systems and Acton Delta have worked closely for many years; this move just formalises and strengthens the relationship. Both Datastor Systems and Acton Delta will also continue to work independently to provide their customers with the services they enjoy today.

18-11-2009; Blackfirs Primary school girl's football team has been sponsored by Datastor Systems Ltd. The girl's will play in the Red & Black strip purchased by Datastor from local merchandisning company Triad UK.

 2-11-2009; Datastor Systems Ltd and Charteris plc has signed a partnership agreement to supply a seamless combined process control and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution to the feed industry. The system is based on Microsoft's Dynamic AX and will interface to the much used PC4000 or the new ProBatch 4000 which will be released in the UK in January 2010.
